Front of House Manager

Adventurous Front Desk Manager

We are looking for an initiative-driven and outgoing Front of House Manager who will be responsible for our reception. The person we are looking for will have a central role in the hotel and will report directly to the hotel manager. We are not a very large establishment, so our biggest desire is that you have experience in revenue management, sales, and personnel management. You must enjoy interacting with people and be eager to engage with guests, as you are the face of the hotel. Additionally, you will collaborate with all departments within the house. You thrive in an organized environment and are skilled in organization. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and assist colleagues with other tasks when necessary. We prefer that you have relevant education and experience and that you are efficient, reliable, and adaptable. You have a positive attitude and are always ready with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Booking and sales
Welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival
Coordination of weddings and events
Administration
Shift schedule planning
HR tasks
Room allocation and contributing to price adjustments
Revenue management
Acting as a host
Responsibility for digital communication related to the booking system

Waiter / Sommelier

Skilled Sommelier

As a waiter, you will primarily be responsible for welcoming guests to our hotel, and it's crucial that guests have a first-class experience of professionalism and hospitality. You must have a big heart and enjoy charming people. You should be interested and eager to learn since knowledge is highly valued. You must have an interest in conveying good food and good drinks and going the extra mile. We want everyone who visits us to remember their stay for a long time, and we achieve this by exciting and surprising. We appreciate when our employees can see what needs to be done on their initiative and are diligent, responsible, and honest. We believe that most things can be learned, but it's a significant advantage if you have relevant experience and are sommelier educated.

Selecting wine for the menu in consultation with the Sommelier and Sous-chef
